The brief
A local event with a big turnout target and only a few weeks to fill the room.
The priority was reach: getting the right message in front of the community quickly and consistently.
The approach
We designed the promotional artwork and ran the build-up campaign across social, keeping the message simple and repeating it where the community actually looks.
On the night we captured photography and video, then turned the footage around into recap content while interest was still high.
The result
The result: a well-attended night, a full set of photos and video from it, and recap content that kept the event alive online afterwards.
