The work
The brief
Archie Lloyd's were running an old, outdated WordPress site that wasn't converting, and social media had turned into just another job nobody had time for.
They needed the whole thing sorted — somewhere to sell properly online, and a social presence that kept customers coming back.
The approach
We moved them off WordPress and onto Shopify, transferring all customer data across so nothing was lost, and set the store up around how people actually shop.
Alongside that we built a social media strategy to reach every part of their audience and point it back at online sales — content planning, reels, campaign artwork, UGC creator recruitment, and email campaigns.
We also mapped out the customer workflow so enquiries and bookings run without anyone chasing them.
The result
The result: a Shopify store that converts, a consistent social presence that sounds like them, and a booking and enquiry process that looks after itself.
